Mistor Testimonials respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
• Contact details you give us: name, email, business name, and anything you share when booking a call or messaging us.
• For students: name, email, interview recordings, and the signed release.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Basic website analytics (pages visited, device type) through our website host.
How we use it
• To run calls, interviews and projects, and to send project updates.
• To deliver clips and raw interview recordings to the client who hired us.
• We don’t sell personal information.
Services we use
Framer (website), Cal.com and Calendly (booking), Google Workspace (email and file delivery), Stripe (payments), Descript (recording and editing). Each has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Raw interview recordings: we delete our copies 90 days after final delivery. The client who hired us receives a copy and keeps it under their own policies. Project emails and invoices: as long as needed for business and tax records.
Your choices
Use the contact form below to ask what we hold about you or to ask us to delete it. Students: deleting our copy of your recording doesn’t withdraw clips or recordings a client has already received under your signed release.
